“Birchtree SHRM Simulation Project”
This case study simulation is a one day, competitive, case study, program that trains business executives in the use of human capital financial management techniques to increase organizational return on total capital.
“This is real.” Jim McGuirk, Former President, Unisys
To craft the optimal decision participants are guided through the identification of business metrics, competitive industry measures, HR metrics, financial analysis techniques, HR program design in total rewards, staffing, training performance management and ethical decision making considerations.
After each key decision making activity, participants watch a hand-picked group of 16 CEO’s, COO’s, General Managers, and HR VP’s working through the same issues.
